Biography

Since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1986, Randy White has concentrated his practice in commercial and business litigation. He joined the firm in 1991 and has represented a wide range of local and national businesses in state and federal courts in Western New York. He also frequently represents attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice cases. Randy’s practice on behalf of national clients includes serving both as lead and local counsel.

A Western New York native, Randy began his legal career in the litigation practice of Washington, D.C. AmLaw 200 firm, Wiley Rein & Fielding LLP, where he specialized in complex multi-district litigation. He also served as a board member’s liaison to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Randy previously served as Town Justice for Grand Island, N.Y. (pop. 20,000), handling numerous criminal matters, including the disposition of misdemeanor charges, preliminary felony proceedings, and various civil matters.

Since 2012, Randy has been recognized by his peers as a top business litigator as published in the New York Upstate Super Lawyers magazine. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the Federalist Society and the St. Thomas More Guild.

Randy is a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hamilton College.
