Kathryn E. Marentette, RN. Received her nursing from St. Clair College and her BSc in Biology from the University of Windsor. She has been a nurse for over 25yrs. Her clinical experience includes med-surg, telemetry, stepdown, SICU, CCU and ER. Most recent 9 years include insurance-based case management, utilization review, quality nurse and pharmaceutical nurse case manager working directly with Crohn’s, Ulcerative colitis and Rheumatology disease processes.
